Stronger together, Tamaraws!
Capsinesis supports Fit Filipino (FitFil) 2017 in cooperation with Far Eastern University (FEU) tomorrow, August 24 as they host a Zumba Party. The closing ceremony starts at 4:00 PM at the FEU Quadrangle.
The event runs for about an hour, with focus on muscle toning and body conditioning. Aerobics is a common exercise that originated in 1968. Similarly, today’s zumba moves are patterned after these 1960s grooves.
It’s no surprise that zumba dance routines are also aimed at improving cardio fitness. An hour of workout with lively music is sure to fire up and energize the FEU crowd. Other benefits include weight management, increased stamina, and psychological benefits. Each form of exercise gives an instant mood boost and significantly lessens anxiety. Zumba works wonders, inside and out!
The Fit Filipino (FitFil) Movement was inspired and created by celebrity trainers Toni and Jim Saret. It is currently the country’s biggest nationwide health, fitness, and wellness movement.
